TPSO asks for leads in theft case
Press Release from the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Office:
HAMMOND---Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff Daniel Edwards is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the subject in the attached photo.
This subject is accused of stealing a white "YETI" ice chest from the rear compartment of a newer model Ford F-150 parked at a Tractor Supply store in Hammond on October 10, 2020.
The accused arrived in the parking lot and exited an older model small gold (4) door sedan. Apparently, while walking to the front entrance of the establishment, he noticed several unattended items in the F-150, including the high-dollar cooler. The suspect then entered and exited the store very quickly before removing the YETI chest and several other items from the victim’s Ford F-150.
At this time, we are asking anyone with information related to this case or the accused to contact Crime Stoppers at 800-554-5245. TPSO Detective Russell Walker II is the lead investigator.
