Annual First Pitch Banquet, Alumni Game set for Feb. 2-3
HAMMOND – The Southeastern Louisiana baseball program will host its annual First Pitch Banquet and Alumni Game, the weekend of Feb. 2-3.

Fifth-year head coach Matt Riser and the Lions will host the First Pitch Banquet, Friday, Feb. 2 at 6 p.m., at The Event Center – La Maison Celebrazione on the corner of University Ave. and Nashville Ave. (1904 Nashville Ave.) in Hammond.

The event includes dinner, a cash bar, silent auction, raffle and $2000 drawdown.

Individual seats are $100 and include a raffle book and one drawdown ticket.

Reserved tables (eight seats per table) are available for $1000 and includes a raffle book, eight drawdown tickets and banquet recognition.

In addition to the dinner, silent auction, raffle and drawdown, a senior speaker and presentation of this year's Heart of a Lion Award winner highlight the event.

The Lions will host an alumni game Saturday, Feb. 3, at Pat Kenelly Diamond at Alumni Field. Admission to the scrimmage, which features Southeastern baseball alumni squaring off against the 2018 team, is free. Batting practice begins at 11:30 a.m. and first pitch is slated for 1 p.m.
