Perrilloux: In person court resumes Monday
AMITE---21st Judicial District Attorney Scott Perrilloux announced today that in-person court will resume at the Tangipahoa, Livingston, and St. Helena Parish Courthouses starting on Monday, June 1.
The district court office is asking the public to follow these guidelines:
*If you have a notice for court or your date was continued to a new date, please appear. There will be a check-in system for you to check in from your car once arriving in the parking lot. Signs will be posted with instructions or you can visit www.21stjdc.org for instructions.
*If you had a previous court date, please go to www.21stjdc.org. Click on your original court date to receive a new court date.
*Some courts will continue by ZOOM. You should have received notice for theses. All Juvenile court will continue by ZOOM for the month of June.
***You must wear a mask and have your temperature taken at the door before entering.****
Only persons on the docket will be allowed into the courthouse. A limited number of people will be allowed into the courthouse at any given time to be in compliance with social distancing and Phase I requirements.
