Michael Wayne Ralph

Michael Wayne Ralph, 75, passed away on July 20. He was a native of Waukegan, Illinois and lived in Marrero, LA until moving to Hammond, La in 2005. He leaves behind his loving wife Linda Trosclair Ralph, two daughters Robin Rivers (David) and Kelli Lambert (Randall) He will also be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Evan and Bailey Melancon, Alyssa Rivers, Loralie, Collin and Ella Lambert and Willis Rivers (Heather)two great grandchildren Aiden Rivers and Adalyn Fayard. Brother, Steven Ralph (June) of Long Beach, CA. and Sister in law, Margret Adams of Marrero, LA, a host of nieces and nephews, many cousins and dear friends.

Preceded in death by his parents Donald and Sally Prorok Ralph and a brother and sister in law Donald and Marilyn Ralph.

He proudly served his country in the US Navy. Michael was a Devout Catholic and a faithful servant to our Lord. He was a member of Holy Ghost Catholic Church where he served as a Eucharistic Minister, Sacristan, Adoration Adora and a member of Holy Ghost Parish Council.

Michael was an active member and past Grand Knight of the JFK Knights of Columbus Council 2952 in Hammond, La. He also was a 4th Degree Knight, past Faithful Navigator with the Father Martin Assembly KC in Ponchatoula, LA.

Everyone who knows will say that Mike most definitely never turned down a game of golf but his greatest joy in life has always been his grandchildren and he never missed a chance to brag about them.

Visitation for Family and Friends will be on Wednesday, July 29, 2020 from 9:00 am until 10:30 am at Harry McKneely and Son Funeral Home, 2000 N. Morrison Blvd, Hammond, La. 70401. A Funeral Mass will be held after visitation beginning at 11:00 am at Holy Ghost Catholic Church, 600 N. Oak St, Hammond, La. 70401.

Interment will follow in St. Margaret Cemetery Mausoleum, Albany, Louisiana.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations are requested in memory of Michael to Holy Ghost Catholic Church Building Fund, 600 N. Oak St, Hammond, La. 70401 or St. Vincent De Paul Society, 824 N. Morrison Blvd, Hammond, La. 70401.
