Suspects sought in armed robbery in Hammond Sunday

From Hammond Police:
November 15, 2018, City of Hammond, LA – On November 11, 2018, at approximately 6:00 am, the Hammond Police Department responded to McDonald’s on the corner of University Avenue and North Morrison Boulevard in reference to an Armed Robbery.

After reviewing the video footage and interviewing witnesses, HPD detectives learned two black males armed with handguns entered the business through a broken service door. The suspects demanded the manager hand over the money. The suspects then exited the business and ran westbound. Detectives were able to locate video of the suspect’s vehicle.
