LIVINGSTON—District Attorney Scott M. Perrilloux reports that the following individuals appeared in court on January 30, 2019 and pleaded either guilty or no contest or were found guilty of the following crimes and received the following sentences:

Joshua Morris, age 34, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to attempted unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. He was sentenced to one year with the department of corrections. He received credit for time served.

Sidney Persilver, age 69, of Killian, LA, pleaded no contest to aggravated second degree battery. He was sentenced to five years with the department of corrections. The sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for three years. He is ordered to pay all fines and court costs.

Christian Traylor, age 21, of Holden, LA, pleaded no contest to domestic abuse aggravated assault, domestic abuse battery, and simple criminal damage to property. He was sentenced to one year with the department of corrections.

Jonathan Alain, age 25, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to simple burglary. He was sentenced to 10 years with the department of corrections. He received credit for time served.

Sidney Bertholot, age 39, of Holden, LA, pleaded no contest to two counts possession of a firearm or concealed weapon by a convicted felon and violation of protective order. He was sentenced to three years with the department of corrections. The sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for two years. He is ordered to pay all fines and court costs.

David Dinunzio, age 54, of Fort Myers, FL, pleaded no contest to possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substances, possession of schedule I controlled dangerous substances- heroin, and illegal use/possession/control of weapons. He was sentenced to five years with the department of corrections.

Harold Erwin, age 32, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to domestic abuse battery- strangulation and simple battery. He was sentenced to three years with the department of corrections. The sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for two years. He is ordered to pay all fines and court costs.

Eric Goodman, age 50, of Holden, LA, pleaded no contest to illegal possession of stolen things $1,500.00. He was sentenced to two years with the department of corrections. The sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for two years. He is ordered to pay all fines and court costs.

Kaleb Luke, age 23, of Maurepas, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of or dealing in firearms with obliterated number. He was sentenced to two years with the department of corrections. He received credit for time served.

Shane Reed, age 39, of Walker, LA, pleaded no contest to theft. He was sentenced to 10 days in the parish jail. He received credit for time served.

David Stafford, age 33, of Walker, LA, pleaded no contest to domestic abuse aggravated assault, aggravated battery, domestic abuse battery, and three counts of aggravated assault. He was sentenced to two years with the department of corrections.

Christopher Albers, age 23, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substances. He was sentenced to two years with the department of corrections. He received credit for time served.

Brian Anthony, age 32, of Holden, LA, pleaded no contest to attempted illegal use of weapon. He was sentenced to one year with the department of corrections. Time is to run concurrently with sentence now serving. He received credit for time served.

Jason Armstrong, age 46, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substances. He was sentenced to two years with the department of corrections. The sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for three years. He is ordered to pay a $750.00 fine along with court costs.

Huey Bertrand Jr., age 37, of Walker, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substances, possession of schedule I controlled dangerous substances-heroin, and driving while intoxicated. He was sentenced to two years with the department of corrections. He received credit for time served.

Dustin Blocker, age 36, of Gonzales, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substances. He was sentenced to one year with the department of corrections. He received credit for time served.

Danielle Blount, age 34, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to possession with intent to distribute schedule II controlled dangerous substances. The sentence was deferred.

Corey Dabadie, age 26, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substances. He was sentenced to one year with the department of corrections. He received credit for time served.

Dusty Elam, age 32, of Holden, LA, pleaded no contest to simple battery and resisting an officer. He received credit for time served.

Shawn Griffin, age 38, of Livingston, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substances. He was sentenced to two years with the department of corrections. The sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for three years. He is ordered to pay a $750.00 fine along with court costs.

Devan Guidry, age 31, of Denham Springs, LA pleaded no contest to possession of schedule II and schedule III controlled dangerous substances. She was sentenced to two years with the department of corrections for each count. The sentence was suspended and she was placed on probation for three years. She is ordered to pay a $750.00 fine along with court costs.

Cassandra Henry, age 24, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to theft and possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substances. She was sentenced to two years with the department of corrections. The sentence was suspended and she was placed on probation for three years. She is ordered to pay a $750.00 fine along with court costs.

Joshua Houk, age 39, of Zachary, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substances. He received credit for time served.

Kevin Jones, age 28, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substances. He was sentenced to two years with the department of corrections. The sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for three years. He is ordered to pay a $750.00 fine along with court costs.

William Magee, age 45, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to simple battery. He was sentenced to six months in the parish jail. He received credit for time served.

Dacoda McKinney, age 19, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to illegal possession of stolen things. He was sentenced to one year with the department of corrections. He received credit for time served.

Victor Palmer, age 26, of Holden, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substances. The sentence was deferred.

Christopher Ratcliff, age 37, of Ponchatoula, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substances and possession of schedule I controlled dangerous substances- heroin. He was sentenced to two years with the department of corrections. The sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for three years. He is ordered to pay a $750.00 fine along with court costs.

Michael Sepulveda-Karry, age 28, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to attempted possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He was sentenced to two and a half years with the department of corrections. He received credit for time served.

Justin Sibley, age 35, of Livingston, LA, pleaded no contest to domestic abuse battery-strangulation. He was sentenced to two years with the department of corrections. He received credit for time served.

Bonnie Spencer, age 36, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substances. She was sentenced to two years with the department of corrections. She received credit for time served.

Eugene Williamson, age 44, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substances. He was sentenced to one year with the department of corrections. He received credit for time served.

James Woodruff, age 37, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substances. He was sentenced to two years with the department of corrections. He received credit for time served.

District Attorney Scott M. Perrilloux reports that the following individuals appeared in court on January 14, 2019, before Judge Robert Morrison and pleaded either guilty or no contest or were found guilty of the following crimes and received the following sentences:

Gilbert Bankston, age 64, of Kentwood, LA, was sentenced to six years with the department of corrections. All but 60 days of the sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for three years. He is ordered to pay a $250.00 fine along with court costs.

Brittani Blair, age 30, of Livingston, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substances. She was sentence to two years with the department of corrections. The sentence was deferred and she was placed on probation for two years.

Christopher Bowman, age 22, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to attempted possession of stolen firearms. He was sentenced to 160 days in the parish jail. He received credit for time served.

Adam Rose, age 33, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to five counts of simple burglary. He was sentenced to two years with the department of corrections. He received credit for time served.

Blake Butler, age 25, of Walker, LA, pleaded no contest to distribution of schedule II controlled dangerous substances. He was sentenced to four years with the department of corrections. He received credit for time served.

Jeanette Foster, age 52, of Denham Springs, LA, was sentenced to two years with the department of corrections for possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substances. She received credit for time served.

Samantha Granade, age 31, of Baton Rouge, LA, pleaded no contest to two counts of possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substances. She was sentenced to two years with the department of corrections. She received credit for time served.

Mark Hoyt, age 38, of Holden, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substances and domestic abuse battery. The sentence was deferred and he was placed on probation for two years. He is ordered to pay a $250.00 fine along with court costs.

Dustin Jones, age 27, of Hammond, LA, was sentenced to three years with the department of corrections for possession with intent to distribute schedule II controlled dangerous substances. The sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for three years. He is ordered to pay all fines and court costs.

Ricky Lee Jr., age 41, of Holden, LA, pleaded no contest to theft $1,000.00-$5,000.00. He was sentenced to two years with the department of corrections. The sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for three years. He is ordered to pay a $250.00 fine along with court costs.

Brandon Pryor, age 43, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substances. Sentencing is scheduled for February 14, 2019.

Brandon Racca, age 21, of Walker, LA, pleaded no contest to domestic abuse battery. He was sentenced to six months in the parish jail. The sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for two years. He is ordered to pay a $250.00 fine along with court costs.

Tyler Rendon, age 24, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to simple robbery. He was sentenced to three years with the department of corrections. The sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for three years. He is ordered to pay a $350.00 fine along with court costs.

Nicholas Rousseau, age 36, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to attempted simple burglary. He was sentenced to three years with the department of corrections. He received credit for time served.

Randall Smith, age 29, of Holden, LA, was sentenced to six years with the department of corrections for distribution or possession with intent to distribute schedule II controlled dangerous schedule II controlled dangerous substances. He received credit for time served.

GREENSBURG---District Attorney Scott M. Perrilloux reports that the following individuals appeared in court January 18, 2019, before Judge Robert H. Morrison and pleaded either guilty or no contest or were found guilty of the following crimes and received the following sentences:

Kyle Bryan, age 24, of Greensburg, LA, pleaded no contest to two counts of simple burglary and simple criminal damage to property. He was sentenced to five years with the department of corrections. The sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for three years. He is ordered to pay a $250.00 fine along with court costs.

Regenia Cyprian, age 60, of Greensburg, LA, pleaded no contest to attempted conspiracy to possession with intent to distribute schedule II controlled dangerous substances. She was sentenced to three years with the department of corrections. The sentence was suspended and she was placed on probation for three years. She is ordered to pay a $1,000.00 fine along with court costs.

Timothy Hansberry, age 31, of Lake Charles, LA, pleaded no contest to two counts of bank fraud. He was sentenced to two years with the department of corrections for each count. Time is to be served concurrently.

Courtney James, age 33, of Albany, LA, pleaded no contest to simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling. She was sentenced to three years with the department of corrections. She received credit for time served.

Warren Smith, age 40, of Greensburg, LA, pleaded no contest to attempted possession of possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substances and attempted possession with intent to distribute schedule II controlled dangerous substances. He was sentenced to three years with the department of corrections. The sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for three years. He is ordered to pay a $1,000.00 fine along with court costs.

Devonte West, age 22, of Independence, LA, pleaded no contest to introducing or possessing of contraband in any municipal or parish prison or jail. He was sentenced to two years with the department of corrections. He received credit for time served.
