Clifton Allen Thames has been captured!

He’s the state inmate who was in the Livingston work release program and walked away from his assignment on Mardi Gras day.

SPECIAL THANKS to the US Marshals Taskforce and the Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office for their assistance. Thames will be booked in Ascension.

A state inmate in the Livingston work release program walked away from his assignment on Mardi Gras day.

Inmate Clifton Allen Thames (age 28) was last seen around 10:00a.m. on 3/5/19 in the Denham Springs area.

Thames has been working through the Livingston Transitional Work Program since December 2018. He was working in the construction field at a business located along Hwy 190 in Denham Springs.

Lock5 LLC runs the Work Release Program in Livingston Parish.
