HAMMOND---The Greater Hammond Chamber will host a luncheon featuring Louisiana Association of Business and Industry (LABI) President and CEO Stephen Waguespack on Tuesday, March 27, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Le Fleur De Lis in Ponchatoula.

“Our business leaders will get an update from Stephen on the state economy and actions in the Legislature that affect the business community,” said Greater Hammond Chamber President and CEO Melissa Bordelon. “Access to key business leaders is a benefit to our Greater Hammond Chamber members and we hope they will bring their team and clients out to learn more together.”

LABI is the state’s largest business organization, representing more than 2,200 Louisiana employers. Under Waguespack’s leadership, LABI has developed innovative research and policy initiatives as well as a number of other success ventures, including LABI’s Free Enterprise Program, Federal Outreach Tour and the Emerging Leaders Council.

Registration is $30 for Greater Hammond Chamber members and $40 for non members. Members can also reserve a table of eight for $330.
