Livingston Sheriff's Office makes drug arrests

Sheriff Jason Ard says, ‘The LPSO Narcotics Division has been working overtime. This division, with added manpower, has been targeting problem areas across Livingston Parish. These last couple of days, you’ve been seeing the results. These latest cases are from Kinchen Road in Livingston & Aydell Lane in French Settlement.’

KINCHEN ROAD, LIVINGSTON:
Yesterday, Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office Narcotics Agents executed a search warrant at a residence locate‪d along Kinchen Rd in Livingston. ‬

The following individuals are currently in the Livingston Parish Detention Center as a result of the investigation:
>Katherine Stevenson
>Kristen Grayson
>Christopher Myers
>Phillip Myers
>Justin Poche
>Cathryn Denn
>Priscilla Lane

The following items were seized as a result of the investigation:
>Methamphetamine
>Marijuana
>Heroin
>Alprazolam
>Hydrocodone
>Gabapentin
>Suboxone
>Digital weight scale
>Assorted drug paraphernalia
*Approx. street value ~$3,000+
This investigation continues.

AYDELL LANE, FRENCH SETTLEMENT:
On August 06, 2020, Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office Narcotics Agents executed a search warrant at a residence located on Aydell Ln. in French Settlement. The search warrant stemmed from an investigation involving individuals distributing illegal narcotics from the residence.

Todd Shirey is currently in the Livingston Parish Detention Center as a result of this investigation.

The following individuals were issued a misdemeanor summons:
>Elizabeth Baldwin, 34
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
>Justin Bourgeois, 38
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

The following items were seized:
>Heroin
>Marijuana
>Packaging materials
>Assorted Drug Paraphernalia
This investigation continues.
