Livingston- District Attorney Scott M. Perrilloux reports that the following individuals appeared in court on December 2, 2014, before Judge Robert Morrison, and either pleaded guilty or no contest or were found guilty of the following crimes and received the following sentences:

Kory Anderson, age 23, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to serve 90 days in the parish jail. The sentence was deferred and the defendant was placed on one year of probation. He must also pay a $250.00 fine and court costs, and complete a substance abuse evaluation.

Johnny Anthony, age 37, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to hit and run driving. The sentence was deferred and the defendant was ordered to pay a $691.00 fine.

Garrett Bass, age 29, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to driving while intoxicated. He was sentenced to serve 90 days in the parish jail. The sentence was deferred and the defendant was placed on one year of probation. He must also pay a $1,058.00 fine and complete special conditions of probation.

Jonathan Beasley, age 27, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to misdemeanor theft. He was sentenced to serve six months in the parish jail. The sentence was suspended and the defendant was placed on one year of probation. He must also pay a $250.00 fine and court costs.

James Blackmon, age 41, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to simple assault. He was sentenced to serve 90 days in the parish jail. The sentence was suspended and the defendant was placed on one year of probation. He must also pay a $250.00 fine and court costs.

Ashley Brisco, age 24, of Walker, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of drug paraphernalia. She was sentenced to serve 60 days in the parish jail. The sentence was deferred and the defendant was placed on one year of probation. She must also pay fines and court costs, and complete a substance abuse evaluation.

Dawnis Bryant, age 43, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to theft under $500.00. He was sentenced to serve 90 days in the parish jail. The sentence was deferred and the defendant was placed on one year of probation. He must also pay a $250.00 fine and court costs.

Drake Butler, age 20, of Walker, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to serve 90 days in the parish jail. The sentence was deferred and the defendant was placed on one year of probation. He must also pay a $250.00 fine and court costs, and complete a substance abuse evaluation.

David Campanile, age 26, of Greenwell Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to theft under $500.00, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to serve 90 days in the parish jail for the first offense, and 30 days for the second.

Perry Cheramie, age 22, of Holden, LA, pleaded guilty to criminal mischief and careless operation. The sentence was deferred and the defendant was ordered to pay fines.

Patrick Cox, age 23, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to two counts of possession of marijuana and one counts of flight from an officer. He was sentenced to serve 90 days in the parish jail for each count of the first offense and 30 days for the second. The sentence was deferred and the defendant was placed on one year of probation. He must also pay fines and court costs.

Vivian Desormeaux, age 36, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded guilty to simple cruelty to animals. The sentence was deferred and the defendant was placed on one year of probation. She must also pay a $350.00 fine and court costs.

Fred Eaton, age 47, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to reckless operation. The sentence was deferred and the defendant was placed on one year of probation. He must also pay a $608.00 fine and complete special conditions of probation.

Bobby Fontenot, age 61, of Baton Rouge, LA pleaded no contest to reckless operation. He was ordered to pay a $208.00 fine.

Alicia Hughes, age 26, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to simple battery and two counts of aggravated battery. She was sentenced to serve 90 days in the parish jail for each count, to be served concurrently.

Essie C. Hull, age 44, of Walker, LA, pleaded guilty to theft of goods under $500.00. She was sentenced to serve 90 days in the parish jail. The sentence was suspended and the defendant was placed on one year of probation. She must also pay a $250.00 fine and court costs.

Wilman Keith, age 44, of French Settlement, LA, pleaded no contest to domestic abuse battery. He was sentenced to serve 90 days in the parish jail.

Leanne Leblanc, age 21, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded guilty to resisting an officer. She was sentenced to serve 45 days in the parish jail.

Scott Leblanc, age 38, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to driving while intoxicated. He was sentenced to serve 90 days in the parish jail. The sentence was deferred and the defendant was placed on one year of probation. He must also pay a $608.00 fine and complete special conditions of probation.

Leandra Lee, age 21, of Greensburg, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of marijuana. She was sentenced to serve 90 days in the parish jail. Ronald Oliver, age 38, of Baton Rouge, LA, pleaded no contest to driving while intoxicated. He was sentenced to serve 90 days in the parish jail. Timothy Schexnayder, age 52, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of alcoholic beverages in motor vehicle, and no driver’s license. The sentence was deferred and the defendant must pay a $416.00 fine.

Kenneth Scott, age 50, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of marijuana. The sentence was deferred and the defendant was placed on one year of probation. He must also pay a $250.00 fine and court costs, and complete a substance abuse evaluation.

Heath Searcy, age 45, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to serve 90 days in the parish jail. Charles Smith, age 24, of Maurepas, LA, pleaded no contest to driving while intoxicated, and careless operation of a motor vehicle. Amber Taylor, age 21, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to dogs not to run at large. The sentence was deferred and the defendant was ordered to pay a $100.00 fine and court costs.

Jason Wilson, age 37, of Livingston, LA, pleaded no contest to hit and run driving, and operating a vehicle without a license. He was sentenced to serve 60 days in the parish jail for the first offense and 10 days for the second, to be served concurrently. The sentences were suspended and the defendant was placed on one year of probation. He must also pay a $691.00 fine and restitution.

Tristan Turner, age 17, of Walker, LA, pleaded no contest to simple burglary. He was sentenced to serve two years with the department of corrections. The sentence was suspended and the defendant was placed on two years of probation. He must also pay court costs and restitution.

Cecil Edwards, age 46, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to serve 90 days in the parish jail.

Anna Bereziuk, age 30, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to resisting an officer and disturbing the peace. She was sentenced to serve 10 days in the parish jail for each count.

Amie Shirley, age 31, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to theft $500.00-$1500.00. She was sentenced to serve two years with the department of corrections. The sentence was suspended and the defendant was placed on two years of probation. She must also pay court costs and restitution.

Zachary Netterville, age 27, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substances. He was sentenced to serve five years with the department of corrections. The sentence was suspended and the defendant was placed on five years of probation. He must also pay a $100.00 fine and court costs, and complete random drug testing.

Janice Zimmerebner, age 47, of Denham Springs, LA pleaded no contest to possession of drug paraphernalia, careless operation, possession of alcoholic beverages in a motor vehicle, and no driver’s license on person. She was sentenced to serve 90 days in the parish jail. The sentence was suspended and the defendant was placed on one year of probation. She must also pay court costs and complete random drug testing.

Shasta Wheat, age 35, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling and theft under $500.00. She was sentenced to serve five years with the department of corrections. The sentence was suspended and the defendant was placed on five years of probation. She must also pay court costs and restitution, and complete drug court.

Joseph Scruggs, age 33, of Baton Rouge, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to serve one day in the parish jail.

Fleet O’Bryant, age 32, of Walker, LA, pleaded no contest to creation/operation of a clandestine laboratory. He was sentenced to serve five years with the department of corrections. The sentence was suspended and the defendant was placed on five years of probation. He must also pay court costs and random drug testing.

Kaylie M. O'Bryant, age 24, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to creation/operation of a clandestine laboratory. She was sentenced to serve five years with the department of corrections. The sentence was suspended and the defendant was placed on five years of probation. She must also pay a $100.00 fine and court costs, and complete random drug testing.

Bobbie Garner, age 62, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute schedule I controlled dangerous substances, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to serve 10 years with the department of corrections for the first offense, and two days in the pariah jail for the second offense. The sentence was suspended and the defendant was placed on five years of probation. He must also pay a $100.00 fine and court costs, and complete random drug testing.

Paul M. Cope, age 32, of Pride, LA, pleaded no contest to violation of a stop sign, improper display of temporary plate, and operating with expired inspection. He was sentenced to serve 10 days in the parish jail.

Jason P. Trahan, age 30, of St. Amant, LA, pleaded no contest to driving under suspension, and improper tail lights. He was sentenced to serve 10 days in the parish jail.
