Hammond Police want to identify theft suspects
Hammond, LA – On November 2, the Hammond Police Department began investigating a theft of a wallet and an illegal use of an access card. The victim said he had lost his wallet at the Quick Way Food Store, located at 14633 University Avenue, and later that day unknown charges were made to his Chase Bank account. The charges were made at Ross Dress for Less and Footaction. HPD was able to obtain a photo of the two suspects who used the card from surveillance video.
