Morrison named Holy Ghost Distinguished Graduate 2018
From Holy Ghost Catholic School in Hammond:
As we begin our celebration of Catholic Schools’ Week, Holy Ghost Catholic School would like to recognize Mrs. Terri Ferrara Morrison as its Distinguished Graduate. Mrs. Morrison is a perfect fit for this honor as this year’s theme is “Catholic Schools: Learn, Serve, Lead, Succeed.” Mrs. Terri, as she is affectionately known, lives every aspect of that theme. As a Holy Ghost student herself, she knows how important her Catholic school education was in helping her “learn” and took the role as a “servant” in her 29 years of teaching Kindergarten at HGCS. Mrs. Terri continues that tradition by “leading” the school in “succeeding” as she has spent the last 6 years as the assistant principal. Mrs. Donna Wallette, principal, says it best, “Through her prayers, her words, and her deeds, she continues to inspire everyone she encounters. She is a priceless asset to the Holy Ghost community, having taught several generations of students at Holy Ghost. She is known and loved by everyone in the community.” Mrs. Terri is a lifelong parishioner of Holy Ghost Church and is married to Tommy Morrison. She is the mother of 2 sons, Sean and Brett.
