Livingston- District Attorney Scott M. Perrilloux reports that 29-year-old Thomas FeFe, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit second degree murder in the shooting death of Corey Graham.

On January 18, 2017, deputies with the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence on Monroe Perkins Road in Denham Springs in reference to a shooting. Upon arrival, deputies located a deceased male with multiple gunshot wounds to his neck, side, and face. Deputies spoke with persons on scene that witnessed the shooting and identified the victim as Corey Graham. They informed deputies that the victim was standing outside when they heard approximately five gunshots in the driveway of the residence. After the shooting, two males fled the scene in a white vehicle. The driver was identified as Thomas FeFee.
Through further investigation of the homicide it was discovered that the victim, Corey Graham, was looking to purchase cocaine and that a female arranged a meeting between the victim and FeFee for the narcotics transaction although it was known FeFee and the victim did not get along.

The female informed detectives that FeFee told her to inform him when she was with Graham, which she did.  On January 19, 2017, Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office detectives advised East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office detectives that Thomas FeFee was wanted for active arrest warrants. EBR detectives located an apartment in Baton Rouge suspected to belong to FeFee and stated that a white Chevrolet Monte Carlo registered to FeFee was parked in front of the apartment complex.

Detectives made contact with FeFee’s roommate, Tremal Scott during a traffic stop when detectives observed him leaving the apartment complex in the vehicle fitting the description of the vehicle used in the homicide. Scott originally denied knowing FeFee but later admitted that he and FeFee were friends and lived at the same apartment. Scott advised that FeFee was not at the apartment and gave consent to search his vehicle and the apartment. Due to information received from witnesses and historical cellphone data collected during the investigation, it was learned that Scott was present with FeFee at the time of the murder.

On January 26, 2017, LPSO detectives learned that a Crime Stoppers tip lead to the arrest of Thomas FeFe in Tampa, Florida in Hillsborough County on warrants from Livingston Parish. FeFee was brought back to Livingston Parish by LPSO detectives.

Thomas FeFee was sentenced to 20 years with the department of corrections. He received credit for time served. Assistant District Attorney Zachary Daniels represented the state of Louisiana in this case; Judge Robert H. Morrison handed down the sentence.
Tremal Scott was also arrested for second degree murder in relation to this murder. Scott is scheduled for a jury trial on June 24, 2019.
