St. Helena Parish Clerk of Court Mildred Travis Cyprian announces that she will be a candidate for re-election on the Oct. 12 primary ballot.

The following is her official campaign announcement:
I will seek re-election as St. Helena Parish Clerk of Court in the October, 2019, primary. I have served as Clerk of Court for two terms and continues to make operations of the office more efficient and effective. My years of experience with the 21st Judicial District Court System have allowed me to transfer my knowledge and organizational skills to build a firm and solid structure within the Clerk’s office.
