TPSO wants the public’s help to find Ponchatoula thief

PONCHATOULA, LA ----The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriffs Office Financial Crimes Unit began an investigation surrounding an unauthorized person using a Ponchatoula woman's Whitney Bank Debit Card on February 16th, 2018. Video surveillance was recovered from one of the retail locations documenting one of the unauthorized transactions at Kyle's Express.  Detective Travis Pitman reached out to contacts in the community for assistance in the identification of the unidentified white female using the victims card. As a result, Detective Pitman positively identified the female as 24-year-old Ponchatoula resident Ginger Holley. 


Detective Pitman learned Holley was currently wanted on a Felony Failure to Appear Warrant in the 21st Judicial Court for Narcotics Charges. In addition Detective Pitman has obtained arrest warrants for Holley for L.R.S.14:67.16 Relative to Identity Theft and L.R.S.14:67 Relative to Misdemeanor Theft.
