Storage Plus of Ponchatoula gets new name, new owner
PONCHATOULA – A local business will take on a new name in the new year, as Storage Plus of Ponchatoula is rebranded to Ponchatoula Storage after the business was purchased last fall by one of the nation's largest private, third-party self-storage management companies.

ASM Acquisition Partners, an affiliate to Absolute Storage Management, Inc. , purchased Storage Plus of Ponchatoula in Ponchatoula, Louisiana for an undisclosed price. The transaction closed on November 8, 2018. The property consists of 48,000 square feet of self storage and several acres of expansion land. Storage Plus of Ponchatoula is undergoing a rebranding campaign to Ponchatoula Storage.

Ponchatoula Storage provides both interior and exterior, which offers climate and non-climate controlled storage units. The highly advanced security system and completely gated location provide another level of protection for customer of Ponchatoula Storage. Ponchatoula Storage services the growing neighborhoods of Lakin Ridge, West Oaks, Belle Foret and Emerald Gardens. Nearby businesses such as Green Thumb Nursery and Hickory Animal Hospital, will benefit from the new management of Ponchatoula Storage which brought in advancements in document storage and package acceptance. .
