Fine and Functional craft show opens Nov. 3 at Arts Center
HAMMOND---Fine and Functional returns to the Hammond Regional Arts Center just in time for the holiday season.

After the successful return of the highly acclaimed Fine and Functional craft show to the Arts Center last year, the HRAC is expanding the show for the months of November through December just in time for holiday shoppers.

This unique, handmade art experience is curated by local stained-glass artist, Jerry Hymel. The items for sale include wonderful jewelry pieces by several artists in the surrounding parishes as well as on the regional and national levels. There will also be lots of unique Christmas ornaments for sale.

So here is your opportunity to purchase unique crafts to fill out your Christmas list. Join us as welcome this HRAC tradition on Friday, Nov. 3 through December 20. An opening reception for Fine and Functional will be held on Friday, Nov. 3 from 5-8 p.m. at the Arts Center. And join us during our special holiday hours: on Friday, Nov. 17 during Starry November Night and on the following Saturdays: November 25th, December 2nd & December 9th, from noon until 5:00 p.m.
