HAMMOND, LA – (October 12, 2017) – We are pleased to report that wanted suspect, 22-year-old Marquanvius Jones, was located and taken into custody last night without incident.

HAMMOND, LA – (October 11, 2017) – Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff Daniel Edwards is asking for your help in locating 22-year-old Marquanvius Jones of Hammond.

Jones is accused of committing sexual battery during an incident that occurred on August 23, 2017, at a residence in the Hammond area. After a thorough investigation conducted by the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office, a warrant has been issued for Jones’ arrest.

Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Jones is asked to contact Crime Stoppers.
