There will be a special meeting of the Livingston Parish School Board at the School Board Office, 13909 Florida Blvd., Livingston, Louisiana on THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 15, 2018, at SEVEN O’CLOCK PM for the following purpose and to take whatever action is necessary:

1. Approval of the minutes of the School Board Meeting held on February 1, 2018

2. Approval of Change Order No. 3 for Live Oak Junior High School Addition and Renovations - Gasaway-Gasaway-Bankston, "Professional of Record"; Corps Constructors, Contractor – Chris Bankston

3. Approval of Change order No. 1 for improvements, Denham Springs Freshman High School – Alvin Fairburn & Associates, “Professional of Record”; Ashley Ross Construction, LLC – Gene Eleazar

4. Approval of Change order No. 1 for improvements, Denham Springs Junior High School – Alvin Fairburn & Associates, “Professional of Record”; Ashley Ross Construction, LLC – Gene Eleazar

6. Discussion and action on naming a “Professional of Record” for parking lot improvements, Springfield High School - Board Member Jim Richardson

7. Discussion and action on naming a “Professional of Record” for parking lot improvements, Springfield Elementary School - Board Member Jim Richardson

8. Discussion and action on naming a “Professional of Record” for classroom additions, Albany Lower Elementary School – Board Member Sid Kinchen

9. Authority to advertise for bids for the following School Food Service items for the 2018-2019 school year: CNP Supervisor Leah Smith A. Milk/Milk Products B. Purchased Foods C. Produce D. Pizza E. Commodity Storage & Distribution F. Disposable Products G. Chemicals

10. Introduction of the Livingston Parish Pupil Progression Plan for the 2017-2018 School Year - Director of Curriculum Dawn Rush

11. Discussion and action on the adoption of revisions to the school calendar for the spring semester of the 2017-2018 school year - Assistant Superintendent Steve Parrill

12. Introduction of School Calendar for the 2018-2019 school year - Assistant Superintendent Steve Parrill

13. Discussion and action on adoption of the following Livingston Parish Public Schools' policies – Assistant Superintendent Steve Parrill
 Policy BH - School Board Ethics
 Policy EE - Child Nutrition Program Management
 Policy JCABC - Interrogations  Policy LDAJ - Relations with Law Enforcement Authorities

14. Approval of Volunteer Coaches for the 2017-2018 school year – Assistant Superintendent Steve Parrill

15. Discussion and action on approval of Principal Designee, Albany Upper Elementary, for 2017-2018 school year - Human Resource Director Bruce Chaffin

16. Approval of Personnel Changes - Human Resource Director Bruce Chaffin (See attached lists)

17. Approval of payment of invoices
