Livingston- District Attorney Scott M. Perrilloux reports that the following individuals appeared in court March, 27, 2017, before Judge Jeffery Johnson and pleaded either guilty or no contest or were found guilty of the following crimes and received the following sentences:

Joe Baggett IV, age 38, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to cruelty to juveniles. He was sentenced to five years with the department of corrections. The sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for five years. He is ordered to pay a $1,000.00 fine along with court costs.

Christopher Crawford, age 39, of Springfield, LA, pleaded no contest to third offense driving while intoxicated. He was sentenced to one year with the department of corrections. He received credit for time served.

Tracey Floyd, age 49, of Port Vincent, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substances. She was sentenced to 18 months with the department of corrections. She received credit for time served.

Angela Guglielmo, age 37, of Denham Spring, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substances. She was sentenced to five years with the department of corrections. The sentence was suspended and she was placed on probation for three years. She is ordered to pay a $750.00 fine along with court costs.

Ashley Hanner, age 20, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substances. She was sentenced to five years with the department of corrections. The sentence was suspended and she was placed on probation for three years. She is ordered to pay a $750.00 fine along with court costs.

David Hanner, age 21, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substances. He was sentenced to five years with the department of corrections. The sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for three years. He is ordered to pay a $750.00 fine along with court costs.

Kevin Hebert, age 32, of Maurepas, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of schedule I and schedule II controlled dangerous substances. He was sentenced to 10 years with the department of corrections. He received credit for time served.

Corey Hernandey, age 32, of French Settlement, LA, pleaded no contest to French Settlement, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substances. He was sentenced to 30 months with the department of corrections.

Dennis Jackson, age 45, of Kentwood, LA, pleaded no contest to two counts of simple assault. He was sentenced to six months in the parish jail. The sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for two years. He was ordered to pay a $500.00 fine along with court costs.

Zachary McCarthy, age 25, of French Settlement, LA, pleaded no contest to unauthorized use of a vehicle and possession of schedule IV controlled dangerous substances. He was sentenced to three years with the department of corrections. The sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for three years. He is ordered to pay a $750.00 fine along with court costs.

Payton McDonald, age 21, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substances. He was sentenced to five years with the department of corrections. The sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for five years. He is ordered to pay a $750.00 fine along with court costs.

Ana Molinaerazo, age 38, of Bay St. Louis, MS, pleaded no contest to theft $750.00-$5,000.00. She was sentenced to five years with the department of corrections. The sentence was suspended and she was placed on probation for three years. She is ordered to pay a $750.00 fine along with court costs.

Darrell Morrison, age 45, of Jacksonville, FL, pleaded no contest to possession of schedule IV controlled dangerous substances. He received credit for time served.

Amber Morrow, age 24, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of schedule I controlled dangerous substances. She was sentenced to five years with the department of corrections. She received credit for time served.

Brittany Quave, age 29, of Albany, LA, pleaded no contest to attempted possession of a firearm or carrying a concealed weapon by a convicted felon. She was sentenced to six years with the department of corrections without the benefit of probation, parole, or suspension of sentence.

Tifney Redden, age 40, of Albany, LA, pleaded no contest to simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling, possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substances, misdemeanor theft, attempted theft of a firearm, theft of assets of aged person or disabled person, forgery, and felony theft. She was sentenced to five years with the department of corrections. All but one year of the sentence was suspended. She will be placed on probation for five years upon release.

Curtis Sands, age 28, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substances. He was sentenced to three years with the department of corrections. He received for time served.

Kenneth Smith, age 22, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substances. He was sentenced to five years with the department of corrections. The sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for three years. He is ordered to pay a $750.00 fine along with court costs.

Shane Varela, age 21, of Albany, LA, pleaded no contest to simple burglary. He was sentenced to four years with the department of corrections. He received credit for time served.

Christine Wagner, age 42, of Hollywood, FL, pleaded no contest to monetary instrument abuse, illegal possession of stolen things $500.00-$1,500.00, forgery, and identity theft. She was sentenced to five years with the department of corrections. The sentence was suspended and she was placed on probation for three years. She is ordered to pay a $750.00 fine along with court costs.

Alicia Jarreau, age 37, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to theft of $750.00 less than $5,000.00. She was sentenced to three years with the department of corrections. The sentence was suspended and she was placed on probation for three years. She is ordered to pay a $500.00 fine along with court costs.

Blaine Newton, age 44, of Walker, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substances. Sentencing is scheduled for May 18, 2017.

Jamie Bethley, age 43, of Baton Rouge, LA, pleaded no contest to illegal possession of stolen things. Sentencing is scheduled for April 24, 2017.

Nathan Hall, age 40, of Baton Rouge, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of schedule IV controlled dangerous substances. He was sentenced to five years with the department of corrections. The sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for five years. He is ordered to pay a $500.00 fine along with court costs.

Logan Boyette, age 28, of Denham Springs, LA, pleaded no contest to possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substances. He was sentenced to five years with the department of corrections. The sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for five years. He is ordered to pay a $500.00 fine along with court costs.
