Sparacello, Village Clerk criticized in Tickfaw audit

TICKFAW---The Village of Tickfaw's longtime Police Chief and Village Clerk were personally and strongly criticized in an internal audit of town finances which found disturbing issues with the latitude each of these officials were given in performing multiple duties for the midparish community, according to a report published on the Legislative Auditor's website this week.
