Livingston saga continues

Livingston Parish Councilman Chance Parent says the council has called in the power of the Inspector General to advance the investigation into a series of emails that former council clerk Mary Kistler allegedly had deleted off the parish server prior to her new assignment as Executive Assistant to Parish President Layton Ricks. The freshman council member says the saga of the emails, some of which have been released online, grows more and more interesting, with some of what Parent says are the the most eye-raising documents yet to be made public.
